Hygiene is all that matters. Therefore, you must keep your feet clean. The IPFH suggests following a three-part process.
Everyday Foot Care:
Wash and altogether dry your feet consistently. Use a mellow cleanser, and wash between the toes. Make sure to dry completely, particularly between the toes.
Everyday Foot Inspection:
Check the tops and bottoms of your feet, just as your toes, between your toes and your toenails.
Re-Nourish Skin Using a Lotion:
Make sure feet are scrubbed, then rub a thick layer of foot cream into the skin. It’s ideal to use a particular cream, as these are a lot richer than body lotions. They will infiltrate the surface all the more profoundly.
Skip Lotions, Cleansers, and Body Washes That Contain Alcohol:
Lotions or creams containing alcohol or fragrance can irritate your hard callus. Thus, it is better to skip these products. Use something more mild and gentle on your skin.
